Martial Arts hold a predisposition of limitless change in that you are never defined by a single level or type of skill. Though correct training we can allow ourselves to transform our uncoordinated actions in the face of danger. Martial arts helps to prepare the body for that moment. Furthermore, martial arts can create a blended mind/body strategy that will enable one to function in an environment where danger is unknown and unseen. The body is taught to deal with change and to become very aware of the subtle changes that happen in the environment.

One must also train the body to move freely, without any hesitations or blocks, and to react to change within change. The main point of martial arts is to give a person freedom to move through space, time and in any direction. You must not limit yourself to a fixed idea the world, but rather, understand that change is the only thing in nature that we can count on. Change and growth work hand in hand in martial arts. Without this understanding we will be locked into the fear of losing skills and moreover we will be intimidated by the world around us.

Use martial arts to open yourself to change and make yourself and the world around you a better place each day.
