Ninpo Taijutsu (The Enduring-Spirit Martial Arts Self-Defense Method) is an excellent method of training for environments that are unpredictable or unstable. For example, if you compare punching and kicking on a patch of ice to punching and kicking in a dojo with a controlled surface, they are two entirely different experiences. In our every-day lives, we encounter things that are unexpected. Training with Ninpo Taijutsu creates a system of built-in reflexes that can deal with unexpected situations. How do you train for the unexpected?

When training with the basics of Ninpo Taijutsu (body arts, unarmed fighting ability) it is tremendously beneficial to learn to manage your whole body in a natural way with natural body energy. This “whole body” movement will release the student to be able to use a full range of self-defense skills.
