Koto Ryu Koppojutsu and Gyokko Koshijutsu weekend seminar

The things that can be learned in martial arts sometimes are wordless. Expressions of an act or your interaction with your training partner can be of profound significance. Balance, Flow, Movement, and Awareness should all work together when you are protecting yourself. We will look at how our inner dynamics can betray us if we are not trained to become fully aware of them and how they show up all around us everyday life. Awareness, when we are protecting ourselves is very important. We should be aware of what our attacker is doing and how we are moving in relation to the attacker. When training for self-defense it is essential to examine the energy of a conflict and adapt to the flow of the conflict. This adaptation is essential to be able to use your martial arts skills under pressure. Something to keep in mind for this weekend martial arts seminar, martial arts are a human activity. See you this weekend at the Boston Martial Arts Center training is starting at 10:00 am on Saturday. All styles, and belt levels welcome to both days.
