Using the skills from breathing and natural expansion of the body found Ninpo Taijutsu, this will direct the body’s natural energy flow into an extraordinarily self-defense method.
Jutaijutsu is the art of adapting to and controlling your self and the attacker.
One of the most basic example of jutaijutsu is Te-hodoki:
Open your hand wide so your fingers are spread. Turn your palm to the floor and then pull your palm to your stomach. To escape, pull your hand out where your opponent’s thumb is. HINT: the thumb is one of the weakest areas of the hand.
